Adam Curry has been coordinating a team of consultants instructed by Bow Street Mall Limited to submit representations to the Planning Appeal Commission in preparation for the Planning Inquiry into an application for planning permission at Sprucefield for a major shopping development which will, if successful, have a significant impact on City Centres in Northern Ireland. The Inquiry, originally listed to commence on 30 November 2009 is no longer taking place as the applicant has been required to submit a fresh application. Adam’s client is one of a number of objectors.
