Acted for the developer in the disposal of the Curzon Apartment Development, Ormeau Rd, Belfast by way of the sale of 42 Units to Clanmil Housing Association Ltd which is intended to be the first mixed community social housing development in Northern Ireland and the short term lease of remaining 19 Units.
