Andrew is experienced in the acquisition and disposal of both commercial and domestic property. He also has considerable experience of landlord and tenant law and acts on behalf of major landlords throughout Northern Ireland.
Andrew regularly provides support to the Corporate Department, advising on property aspects of commercial transactions.
He also advises private clients on wills, administration of estates and estate planning.
Charity law is another area of expertise and Andrew acts on behalf of several local and UK charities.
