Bill is the Head of the Property Department and his diverse workload includes the acquisition, sale and development of various high profile and high value properties within Northern Ireland. Bill is also an experienced landlord and tenant lawyer.
He has a wealth of experience in banking and property finance. Recent work includes advising on the NI aspects of a large scale project to transfer mortgage books of a major bank.
Bill continues to advise one of Northern Ireland’s harbour authorities and deals with some of the more unusual assignments handled at Mills Selig including lignite mining, golf clubs and presenting draft legislation for adoption. He is well respected for his creative approach and experience.
He is commended in Chambers and Partner for his “prompt and practical approach when dealing with complicated matters”.
