Bill is the Head of the Property Department and his diverse workload includes the acquisition, sale and development of various high profile and high value properties within Northern Ireland. Bill is also an experienced landlord and tenant lawyer.
He continues to advise one of Northern Ireland’s harbour authorities and deals with some of the more unusual assignments handled at Mills Selig including lignite mining, sale of a golf club and presenting draft legislation for adoption. He is well respected for his creative approach and experience.
