Ciara joined the Corporate Team in September 2008, having worked for 4 years with a large international firm in London and Cardiff and for a further 3 years with a corporate niche firm in Cardiff. She is qualified to practice law in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
Ciara has extensive experience providing corporate and commercial legal advice to private and public companies alike, including advising on acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructuring, private equity transactions and commercial contracts. She has advised companies working within a number of sectors including software services, energy, risk management services and the manufacturing industry.
