John has considerable experience in joint ventures, corporate finance, acquisitions and MBOs/MBIs as well as general corporate matters. John also has an extensive insolvency practice acting for insolvency practitioners in company receiverships, liquidations, voluntary arrangements and administrations.
Liquor licensing is a further area of expertise.
John lectures at The Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University on Insolvency Law and Company Law.
