Since joining Mills Selig Kiera has developed all areas of the firm’s employment practice. She advised on the first published settlement under the Sexual Orientation Legislation. She carries out employment audits on a number of companies and works closely with employers on managing the exit of senior executives.
Kiera regularly works in conjunction with our Corporate team advising on the employment aspect of mergers and acquisitions.
She also has solid experience in Commercial Litigation. She deals with high value professional negligence claims and complex commercial disputes. She works as part of multi disciplinary teams involved in forensic investigations into professional practices.
