Anne gained seven years’ experience with a City of London Law Firm before joining Mills Selig. She is qualified to act in Northern Ireland and England and Wales in all areas of property law.
She has extensive experience in sales, purchases, developments, management and advising on property aspects of corporate transactions.
Anne also handles all aspects of property finance and securitisation. She has advised on security documentation, the transfer of mortgage books and distressed property sales. She has also carried out numerous security reviews and has supported solicitors from outside the jurisdiction in relation to the NI aspects of banking transactions
