After graduating, Emma studied for a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law at University College Dublin.
Since joining Mills Selig, she has been involved extensively in Commercial and other areas of litigation. She advises on complex land and property disputes and also has considerable experience with high value Criminal Damage applications and appeals.
Emma has worked as part of a team on major defamation actions and forensic investigations.
Emma has wide ranging experience in all areas of employment law. She has represented a large number of clients in tribunal cases and regularly advises on corporate transactions.
