Gary trained with a leading Welsh Commercial Firm in Cardiff before returning home to N. Ireland. He is qualified to practice in both N. Ireland and England & Wales and is experienced in all areas of Commercial Property.
Gary also advises clients on a wide range of matters, to include, acquisition and sale of development sites, Landlord and Tenant Law and Liquor Licensing. Gary also provides support to the Corporate team advising on the property aspects associated with various corporate transactions including English based transactions.
One of Gary’s most notable recent instructions was advising Swinton Group Ltd in their acquisition of the N.Ireland branches of Open and Direct Insurance. Gary continues to advise Swinton Group Ltd in their continuing expansion throughout N.Ireland.
