Gary trained with a leading Welsh Commercial Firm in Cardiff before returning home to N. Ireland. He is qualified to practice in both N. Ireland and England & Wales and is experienced in all areas of Commercial Property.
Gary advises both landlord and tenant clients on a wide range of property matters such as, acquisition, development and sale of commercial and residential sites, commercial leases and rent reviews, Lands Tribunal matters including Business Tenancy disputes and Liquor Licensing.
One of Gary’s most notable recent instructions was advising a large UK Insurance Company in it’s acquisition of all of the branches of a well known Northern Irish Insurance Company and Gary continues to advise it in it’s continuing expansion throughout Northern Ireland.
