Kathryn has substantial experience in and advises on all aspects of corporate matters to include sales and purchases of companies, mergers, joint ventures, investments, restructuring and corporate governance.
She advises in relation to all forms of commercial contracts including distribution and agency arrangements and agreements with customers and suppliers.
Her clients include PLC’s and major local firms operating in a variety of sectors and she has acted in transactions across Northern Ireland, Ireland, UK, North America and the Middle East.
Kathryn also specialises in the areas of technology and intellectual property, including the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Recently she has advised clients in relation to the development, ownership and worldwide exploitation of Inellectual Property via licensing, outsourcing, software as a service, OEM, VAR and managed services arrangements. She has also been responsible for the preparation of service level agreements, support and maintenance agreements and escrow arrangements.
