Richard, who is head of corporate, is recognised as a leading corporate lawyer in Northern Ireland. He has dual qualification in both Northern Ireland and England with substantial transactional experience in overseas joint venture agreements, equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBI’s, directors’ roles, forensic investigations and general corporate matters. Richard successfully brought a local company to the AIM market and has a continuing role as an officer of that company.
