Legal advisers to First Derivatives plc in the acquisition of Market Resource Partners LLC, a US based technology marketing company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.

Instructed by Enterprise Equity (NI) LLP in its recent investment in Kelsius Limited which manufactures, distributes and maintains a system that wirelessly monitors the temperature and safety of food products.

Our litigation department continues to receive quality instructions. Most recently we have received instructions to act for clients based in France, Italy and Australia. Areas of work that dominate the litigation department at present include contentious employment matters, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial agency matters, emergency injunctions and media/defamation claims.
