Michael is qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, and England & Wales.  He trained and worked in England before returning to Northern Ireland.  Michael has a broad range of experience in commercial property, dealing with acquisitions and disposals, along with landlord and tenant matters.

He currently acts for a large telecommunication company on site acquisitions and sub-letting.  Michael also deals with commercial property investments for pension funds, and various contentious and non-contentious property matters for a large estate trust.
